Join Andrea for her first Pilates workshops. This first session is for absolutely beginners or people who may have tried Pilates before but want to start from the top. We'll focus on learning the Pilates breath and essential movements so we can understand the deeper layers of our muscles and develop strong core muscles to move with ease. This class will progress through the beginner work with modifications for those with experience and also injuries. Please bring a mat and a theraband with you if you have. I will have extra bands for use.
Minimum 4 people to run the class, 10 maximum
New parent? Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome
