After teaching Movement for Wellness workshops for 5 years, I've made it into a weekly class! This class is about breathing, stretching, and moving in ways that feel good to set your body up for a perfect weekend. All levels and abilities are welcome - no previous movement experience required. The classes do not progress from one to another but instead move through a variety of movement exercises. Register in them all, or drop in when you can.
Please bring a mat and a theraband with you if you have. I will have extra bands for use.
Minimum 6 people to run the class, 12 maximum
New parent? Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome
Starts September 15, runs 12 weeks to December 1
Cost: $165 for the session or $15 to drop in
