What is cupping?

What else do you offer?

Cupping uses negative pressure to separate connective tissue, increase circulation, and promote healing. I use both silicone and glass (fire) cups. The treatment may leave red circular marks  for up to 7 days. The treatment is done during the massage and there is no additional charge.

In addition to your massage I offer manual stretching, intraoral (inside of the mouth) massage, and prenatal massage therapy. I have also begun to offer Pilates mat classes which can be viewed here.

Where are you located?

I work from my home and am located in King Edward Park  (south of Bonnie Doon Mall).

This location has several small flights of stairs and is unfortunately not wheelchair/reduced mobility accessible.  The closest bus stops are: 2590, 2065 with the routes 4, 94, 322, 323, 926.

In order to offer the best working experience for both Therapist and Client, the address will be sent to you in your booking confirmation. Please review details carefully. I reserve the right to decline bookings.

In special or emergency cases mobile massage may be available at your preferred location. Please contact to inquire.  Additional costs apply for mobile massage.

Are you registered?

How can I pay?

I am registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and my receipts are fully claimable by your insurance company.

I accept cash, cheque, or interac e-transfer to info@elementum.ca; all prices include GST. Currently I am not able to accept debit or credit cards.
