Stretching, joint mobilization, and breathing. This class combines Andrea's experience as a professional dancer, Massage Therapist, Pilates enthusiast, and body nerd. Learn stretches and movement sequences to help you free patterns of restrictions and get more out of your body. We will address the neck, spine, shoulders, abdomen, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Absolutely no flexibility/movement experience required. Wear clothes you can stretch in; please bring a yoga mat, bath sized towel, and dynaband if you have one.
