Movement for Wellness is Andrea's own invention of a flowing stretching, strengthening, breathing class. Pulling from her experience as a dancer, Pilates enthusiast, and tricks and tips as an RMT we will breath and bend together leaving you feel balanced. No movement experience required.
Fee: $15, please make payment via etransfer to email@example.com at registration
Class runs 75 minutes, 10am-11:15am with an extra 15 minutes at the end for questions and open discussion around movement and body mechanics
Please bring: yoga mat, resistance band (theraband) if you have one. There will be extra bands to lend if needed
Attire: stretchy clothes you can move in without worrying about them slipping around
