Start your mornings right - this is a mixed level class open to beginners and those with beginner+/intermediate experience. We'll focus on learning the Pilates breath and essential movements so we can understand the deeper layers of our muscles and develop strong core muscles to move with ease. This class will progress weekly with modifications for those with experience and also those with injuries or who need to move slower. Please bring a mat and a theraband with you if you have. I will have extra bands for use.
Minimum 6 people to run the class, 12 maximum
New parent? Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome
