Using the glorious Yamuna balls, we will systematically work through your entire body to leave you feeling lengthened, loosened, and aligned. Balls will be provided for use in class.
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold. It’s best to have a shirt you can tuck into your pants for this one.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on second floor of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
