Sometimes an hour of Movement for Wellness just doesn’t feel long enough. This class will include all of your favourites and then some. The entire body will be addressed from head to toe. We’ll lie down, sit up, stand up, bend down, and move all around…always with a side of humour to boot.
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the lower level of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
