This class is about breathing, stretching, and moving in ways that feel good to set your body up for a perfect weekend. All levels and abilities are welcome - no previous movement experience required. The classes do not progress from one to another but instead move through a variety of movement exercises. Register in them all, or drop in when you can.
Take this class if you want to: gain more mobility, correct poor posture, rehabilitate injuries, relax and chill out.
