This class is about breathing, stretching, and moving in ways that feel good to set your body up for a perfect weekend. All levels and abilities are welcome - no previous movement experience required. The classes do not progress from one to another but instead move through a variety of movement exercises. Register in them all, or drop in when you can.
Take this class if you want to: gain more mobility, correct poor posture, rehabilitate injuries, relax and chill out.
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the lower level of the building. There are approximately 10 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
Minimum 6 people to run the class, 12 maximum
New parent? Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome
