This class is about breathing, stretching, and moving in ways that feel good to help you get through the rest of your week. This class is designed to address postural issues and areas of decreased mobility caused by sedentary or repetitive activities of daily living. All levels and abilities are welcome - no previous movement experience required. The classes do not progress from one to another but instead move through a variety of movement exercises. Register in them all, or drop in when you can.
Take this class if you want to: gain more mobility, correct poor posture, rehabilitate injuries, relax and chill out. All classes end with restorative movement and stretches to help you wind down for the evening.
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold
