Fire up your Saturday morning with a short and sweet Pilates session. This 30 minute class offers a full body detailing based on modern and classical Pilates repertoire. This class is ideal for those who have some Pilates/movement experience but all are welcome. We'll focus on learning the Pilates breath and essential movements so we can understand the deeper layers of our muscles and develop strong core muscles to move with ease. This class will progress weekly with modifications for those with experience and also those with injuries or who need to move slower. Please bring a mat and a theraband with you if you have. Extra bands and various props will be provided for use as needed.
Take this class if you want to: get a bit sweaty, build a stronger core, challenge your balance, fine tune your strength
Minimum 6 people to run the class, 12 maximum
New parent? Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome
