After 5 years of teaching Movement for Wellness, Andrea has decided to diversify and modify. Slow + Low is all the yummy, delicious parts of Movement for Wellness that you know and love. We’ll focus exclusively on mobilization, stretching, body rolling, breath, and bringing a sense of peace to both the body and mind.
Bring: yoga mat, resistance band (if you have), water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the lower level of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
