Join Andrea for her very own version of Jazzercise but with better outfits and music. Each week, Andrea curates a new playlist to inspire you to move. We will slowly mobilize the body and get warm and then heat things us and get our bodies working. Once we reach maximum sweat levels, we’ll slowly bring things down and enjoy some seriously glowy stretches. This class incorporates hand weights (2-5 lbs), yoga blocks, resistance bands, and body weight. ** very limited time is spent on the hands/wrists or knees.
Bring: yoga mat, yoga blocks (1-2 if you have), water bottle, hand towel if you get rrrreal sweaty
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold. Indoor sneakers are optional if needed.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the lower level of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
