Join Andrea for her very own version of Jazzercise but with better outfits and music. The first 45 minutes will slowly heat us up and get our bodies working. Once we reach maximum sweat levels, we’ll slowly bring things down and enjoy some seriously glowy stretches.
Bring: yoga mat, yoga blocks (1-2 if you have) water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the lower level of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
