Where are you located?
Elementum is located at 7718 104 street, suite 202D. The entrance is located on the East side of the building, facing Calgary trail (104 street). The doorway is located between Red Loon Tattoo and Vape Horizon and is marked “2nd Floor.” Proceed through the door and up the set of stairs and to the end of the hall. At the end of the hall, turn right to walk through the general lobby, then turn left. Elementum is located on your right hand side. Please have a seat and I will be with you shortly.
Free parking is available directly out front or, in the lot to the north of the building.

Accessibility: This location is unfortunately not wheelchair/reduced mobility accessible. There are approximately 15 stairs.
What is your cancellation policy? What if I’m ill? What if I’m late?
In the case you are not able to make your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice via text/email or by cancelling your appointment in the scheduler. Every effort is made to fill your appointment, if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand and it cannot be filled, full payment is required.
If you are ill or beginning to feel ill, please cancel your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and you are not well, we reserve to right to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Thank you for keeping our space and other clients illness free.
If you are running late, please let us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. The full booking fee is still applicable.
If you miss an appointment or do not give notice within the above time frame, full payment for the service booked is required.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, both Andrea and Laura are accepting new clients.
As of February 2018, Andrea is unable to accept new clients for appointments booked after 4pm.
Are you registered? Do you direct bill?
Andrea is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.
All receipts are fully claimable to your insurance company.
Elementum does not direct bill.
How can I pay? What about tipping?
Accepted forms of payment: cash, e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or credit card. All prices include GST.
If you choose to pay with e-transfer, please set up email@example.com as a payee prior to attending your appointment.
A credit card is required to book your appointment but it is not charged at the time of booking, if you wish to pay with your credit card on file, a 3% user fee is applied.
Currently debit cards are not accepted.
Tipping is always appreciated, but never expected. All clients receive the same fair and equal treatment regardless of whether or not they tip.
