Movement Coaching includes everything from stretching and strengthening, Pilates, breath work, manual therapy, goal setting, and plan making. I act not only as your Therapist but also as your accountability coach so you experience results; watch your posture improve, your aches and pains decrease, and your mobility increase. All sessions include a comprehensive overview of the work completed and follow up.
Programming can range from a one-off session to an ongoing package. Coaching is open to individuals, small groups, or as a workshop format.
Individual single session $90
60 minutes in length, with follow up
Individual Programming $500
This program is designed to be completed within 6-8 weeks.
90 minute intake: assessment, goal setting, first training session
3, 60 minute sessions with follow up
30 minute final assessment with continuity planning
Small groups (under 10 people): starts at $150/hour
Workshops (more than 10 people): start at $250/hour
