ONLINE: The Antidote 🐍


Welcome back to class! In the grand evolution of things it’s time to keep changing, baby! This class is now called The Antidote and will incorporate many elements you know and love of Slow + Low but with additional pilates, strength training, and body weight exercises.

Accessibility: this class involves bending, squatting, and moving from laying down to seated to standing. We will also be kneeling and on all 4’s. The pace is mid tempo and is meant to make you feel worked but in a good way.

Where: Zoom, a link will be sent to you 1 hour before class starts

On Demand: Yes! You can sign up for this class on demand. For this term, everyone who registers will receive a recording of the class that can be accessed for up to 7 days afterwards!

Set up: yoga mat, small pillows, resistance band or towel, 2x hand weights of 5 lbs or less (water bottles, oranges, or even books are great substitutes), and don’t forget water

Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down)

Cost: we’re happy to offer a sliding scale option, the suggested price per class is $10-$20, or $40-$80 for the 4 week session. Please pay the amount that works for you.
