I'll be teaching a class tomorrow, Saturday January 2 at 10 am MST in celebration of my birthday on the 3rd. The class will be pay what you can and I'll make a donation to SACE: Sexual Assault Center of Edmonton.

This class will be very similar to slow + low but with a bit more pilates and a bit more burn...to (quote Busta Rhymes) "light ya ass on fire"

Classes will then go on a short break but return on Saturday January 16th with our regular slow + low.

All the details are the same as previous slow + low classes - please note: I will not be sending out a reminder tomorrow morning.
