Movement for Wellness is Andrea's own invention of a flowing stretching, strengthening, breathing class. Pulling from her experience as a dancer, Pilates enthusiast, and tricks and tips as an RMT we will breath and bend together leaving you feel balanced. No movement experience required.
Round two of Pilates classes! If you loved the March classes or couldn't make it, they're running again in April. This is a mixed level class - whether you are new to Pilates or have some experience under your belt, there will be something for everyone with modifications and advancements provided. The first two class (April 8 and April 11) will be geared towards Pilates fundamentals.
Join Andrea for her first Pilates workshops. This first session is for absolute beginners or people who may have tried Pilates before but want to start from the top. We'll focus on learning the Pilates breath and understanding the deeper layers of our muscles so we can develop strong core muscles and move with ease. All are welcome.
