Join Andrea for her very own version of aerobics but with better outfits and music. This session will revolve around the music and movement stylings of Beyonce´. The first 45 minutes will slowly heat us up and get our bodies working using free hand weights, gliders, resistance bands, body weight and dance inspired movements. Once we reach maximum sweat levels, we’ll slowly bring things down and enjoy some seriously glowy stretches leaving you feeling flawless.
Bring: yoga mat, yoga blocks (1-2 if you have), resistance band, gliders, water bottle
*blocks, gliders, bands will be provided if you do not own them
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold. Dress up or down. Dress like Yonce´. Do you.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the lower level of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
