After 5 years of teaching Movement for Wellness, Andrea has decided to diversify and modify. Slow + Low is all the yummy, delicious parts of Movement for Wellness that you know and love. We’ll focus exclusively on mobilization, stretching, body awareness, and bringing a sense of peace to both the body and mind.
Join Andrea for her very own version of aerobics all set to the sweet sounds of BEYONCE´. The first 45 minutes will slowly heat us up and get our bodies working. Once we reach maximum sweat levels, we’ll slowly bring things down and enjoy some seriously glowy stretches
Sometimes an hour of Movement for Wellness just doesn’t feel long enough. This class will include all of your favourites and then some. The entire body will be addressed from head to toe. We’ll lie down, sit up, stand up, bend down, and move all around…always with a side of humour to boot.

Fire up your Saturday morning with a short and sweet Pilates session. This 30 minute class offers a full body detailing based on modern and classical Pilates repertoire. This class is ideal for those who have some Pilates/movement experience but all are welcome.
After teaching Movement for Wellness workshops for 5 years, I've made it into a weekly class! This class is about breathing, stretching, and moving in ways that feel good to set your body up for a perfect weekend. All levels and abilities are welcome - no previous movement experience required.
Start your mornings right - this is a mixed level class open to beginners and those with beginner+/intermediate experience. We'll focus on learning the Pilates breath and essential movements so we can understand the deeper layers of our muscles and develop strong core muscles to move with ease.
Movement for Wellness is Andrea's own invention of a flowing stretching, strengthening, breathing class. Pulling from her experience as a dancer, Pilates enthusiast, and tricks and tips as an RMT we will breath and bend together leaving you feel balanced. No movement experience required.
Round two of Pilates classes! If you loved the March classes or couldn't make it, they're running again in April. This is a mixed level class - whether you are new to Pilates or have some experience under your belt, there will be something for everyone with modifications and advancements provided. The first two class (April 8 and April 11) will be geared towards Pilates fundamentals.
